In the event that the applicable regulations provide for the possibility of submitting to a jurisdiction, Onza and the Data Subject, waiving their own jurisdiction or that which may correspond to them, for the interpretation and resolution of any conflicts that may arise between them as a result of this Data Protection Policy, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
